Stephen brings more than fifteen years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, investments, and finance and is responsible for coordinating and supervising development and design operations and strategy. Stephen graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance, and has his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Keith Pozulp
Principal & General Counsel
Keith Pozulp is Principal and General Counsel at Cherry Capital Group. His responsibilities include facilitation of in-house legal affairs as well as management of lender and investor relationships, and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Cherry Capital, Keith practiced complex commercial litigation as well as counseled businesses in real estate and finance matters. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and has his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University-Chicago School of Law.
